The dance class is open to everyone—just be ready to move, groove, sweat, have fun, connect with new friends AND enjoy one of my #keepitsmooth mood boosting smoothies that’ll keep us up while we cool down.

You don’t have to be in recovery to join us. It’s an open space. But a portion of the proceeds with go to an organization that supports people and families who are impacted by addiction.
